COBI Volkswagen Passat B1 Variant Car: Set #24641

Build an icon of style, the Volkswagen Passat B1 Variant, and embark on a nostalgic journey in brick form!

Go back to a time when motoring was honest, simple and full of character.

To an era where designers drew cars with lines straight from their imagination, and drivers enjoyed the sheer pleasure of driving.

Today you can touch those years by building the Volkswagen Passat B1 Variant in a brick version from COBI.

The birth of a family symbol

In 1973, Volkswagen presented a model that was to change the face of the D-segment. The Passat B1, designed by the unparalleled Giorgetto Giugiaro, combined modernity with practicality, and in the Variant (station wagon) version, it became the perfect companion for everyday life. Built on the technology of the Audi 80, it offered space, lightness, economy and impressive functionality. It was a universal car: for families, working people, traders, dreamers and travelers.

Production in Europe ended in 1980, but the Passat B1 still evokes nostalgia and genuine respect among classic car enthusiasts.

Now you can have its brick version, which is also incredibly faithful to the original. All you have to do is build it!

Key features of the Volkswagen Passat B1 Variant set:

Perfect reproduction - The model faithfully reproduces the proportions of the original station wagon from the 1970s: a long, straight roof, a massive rear section, large windows and the iconic side line. Every element has been designed with authenticity and realism in mind.

The quintessence of German design of the 1970s.

Classic headlights, chrome (block-shaped) trim, a distinctive radiator grille and a massive bumper give the model a rugged, retro character.

Scale 1:35 - The scale allows for faithful reproduction of details while ensuring the construction's stability and excellent presentation on the shelf.

Toy and model in one - The solid construction and movable wheels with rubber tires make the set perfect both as a display model and for play.

Simple and satisfying building process - Clear step-by-step instructions make assembling the model enjoyable and intuitive regardless of the builder's experience. Clear illustrations and icons allow you to focus on the details and the final effect.

Original Volkswagen license - The model was created under the official license of the German manufacturer, which guarantees a faithful reproduction of the legendary car.

Volkswagen series from COBI - The Passat B1 Variant perfectly complements the COBI line of classic vehicles. It's a model that combines history, design and timeless simplicity. It's the perfect base for creating your own collection of Volkswagen cars.

Build a classic that traversed European roads with grace and practical elegance.
