Blood, steel and determination on the Volga!

The Battle of Stalingrad was one of the bloodiest and most brutal battles of World War II. Fought from August 1942, it claimed approximately 2 million lives and became one of the turning points of World War II. The city was transformed into a labyrinth of ruins where fighting took place for every building, floor, stairwell, and sometimes... for a single room. In November 1942, the Red Army launched Operation Uranus, encircling the German 6th Army and leading to one of the greatest defeats of the Wehrmacht. The defeat was devastating and at the same time became a source of a huge increase in morale on the Soviet side.

What you will find in the "Battle of Stalingrad" set:

Prepare for a clash in the heart of the ruined city! The set offers 6 unique figures that will allow you to recreate the most dramatic moments of one of the greatest battles of World War II.

Red Army Sniper - Master of camouflage and fighting in the ruins. Armed with the legendary Mosin Nagant 1891/30 rifle with a scope, perfect for precise fire from concealment. Snipers played a crucial role in the defense of Stalingrad, eliminating enemies from incredible distances and in the most difficult urban conditions. This figurine captures their character, dressed in a ushanka hat, greatcoat, padded jacket, and high boots, making it perfect for a war diorama.

Two Soviet infantrymen - Equipped with classic weapons of the era: PPSh-41 and SVT-40, they are prepared for both close-quarters combat in the narrow corridors of factories and for medium-range fire. Winter uniform elements such as: ushanka hat, padded jacket (also called "telogreika"), long military coat, high, warm boots, and their harsh front-line character perfectly reflect the atmosphere of the siege.

German MG-42 gunner - One of the most important figurines in the set! The MG-42 operator possesses enormous firepower, capable of stopping an infantry assault in an instant. The figurine, dressed in a long coat, balaclava, and forage cap, features details of the equipment of a soldier operating a heavy machine gun, allowing for the creation of scenes of intense defensive battles and assaults.

Two Wehrmacht infantrymen ready for assault - Two soldiers in characteristic German uniforms from the 1942/43 period, prepared for combat in the ruined buildings of Stalingrad, including one in winter camouflage. Equipped with MP-40 and Mauser 98K rifles, they represent units fighting for every meter of rubble. Realistic helmets, equipment, and uniform details perfectly capture the atmosphere of Axis troops on the Eastern Front.

Additionally, you receive a brick-built campfire, which adds a narrative element to the set and looks great in dioramas of winter Stalingrad.
